You can view all items in storage and their details from your home screen, track damages and repairs, schedule deliveries, and even chat with the office!
Inspection & Storage
At Vault Designer Logistics, we maintain over 30,000 sq. ft. of temperature-controlled space. Each of our warehouse facilities is CBS construction, above grade, and hurricane rated.
Delivery & Installation
At Vault Designer Logistics, we excel at the fine art of installation. We have developed a unique installation system through our years of experience in the design trade. We utilize many devices and procedures to protect our installing homes’ floors, walls, doors, and banisters. Installing felt pads on all items placed on felt or wood floors is just one example of our well-thought-out installation processes.
Repair Center
Roughly 8% of new items Vault receives have freight-related damage or manufacturing defects. These claims can occupy so much time and resources for the interior designer. From the damage notification and approval to the final repair and re-inspection Vault makes this process stress free by keeping it all in-house. All of Vault’s repair technicians are Mohawk Certified and complete continuing education to remain at the forefront of furniture repair.

Our inventorying and documenting process is unheard of in the moving industry. All your items are photographed and documented, then uploaded to your personal Virtual Vault Account. You can view your inventory from your phone or tablet!
